This new law is a crucial tool to help address the access to care issues that have reached crisis levels in California, due in large part to a dramatic veterinary professional shortage in the state.<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">To help animal welfare organizations\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">take advantage of<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0this critical resource, the SF SPCA has crafted a go-to resource for shelters.
