You are welcome to bring\u00a0<\/span>up to<\/span>\u00a0one grocery bag filled with toys, beds, or other supplies to be sent home with the pet to their next home. Euthanasia only occurs if a pet has<\/span>\u00a0serious<\/span>\u00a0behavior o<\/span>r<\/span>\u00a0medical concerns that cannot be treated or managed in a shelter. We never\u00a0<\/span>euthanize<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>animals\u00a0<\/span>due to<\/span>\u00a0a<\/span>\u00a0lack of\u00a0<\/span>space.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The SF SPCA’s top priority is to\u00a0<\/span>maintain<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>a good\u00a0<\/span>quality<\/span>\u00a0of life for each pet in our care and the safety of our staff, volunteers, and community.\u202f<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
