"We have a home that is beyond the coverage range of most insurance companies, thanks to the increase in prices lately. We were waiting on a quote from a previous agency that took several weeks to get back to us. Two days before our existing home insurance expired, they got back with a very unfavorable quote. We were appalled that our insurance had more than doubled and they chose to tell us two days before we needed to renew. The agent was far more interested in cross selling other insurance to us than in finding us the right insurance for our home. We then worked with Catherine Lambert at State Farm. Catherine was referred to us by a neighbor and we had the best experience. She instantly provided us with a quote that was extremely favorable. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions very patiently. We have the same amount of coverage being offered by the other agent at half the price. We were signed up right away! You could not be in better hands if you did choose to go with Catherine!"
